What is the purpose of Quarter Life Crisis (QLC)
QLC is a point in your life where nothing makes sense anymore. You thought you had it all covered, but back at the ranch your mind is racing with uncertainty and even thoughts of quiting and running away from the growing stress you are experiencing.
This is normal. We have to go through this. Our brains are in their final stage of development and we must think of our future and where we are heading.
